**Job Summary:**

Join our team as a Laundry Aide at Harborview Health Center West Altamonte. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our facility linens and resident laundry services. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency in our laundry operations.

**Duties:**

- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels according to hotel standards

- Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines

- Inspect linens for stains or damages and ensure they are properly cleaned

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when reordering is necessary

- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of soiled linens

- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times

- Assist with special resident requests or additional laundry services as needed

**Experience:**

The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- Previous experience in a long term care, hospital or hotel laundry setting

- Knowledge of laundering techniques and products

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
