Job Description:

As a Cleaning Technician at The Clean Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in cleanliness. You will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, ensuring that every space is left immaculate. From dusting and vacuuming to sanitizing and disinfecting, you will help us exceed our clients' expectations every day.

Salary: Up to $1,000 per week, based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks diligently, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail.
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
Maintaining cleaning equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
Adhering to safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
