Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients facilities are always clean and tidy. The Cleaning Technician will be working in a fast-paced environment, and their primary goal will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a timely manner.

Duties:

- Clean and maintain all areas of residential and commercial spaces, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and furniture.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to achieve the highest level of cleanliness.
- Work in a team environment to ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Take initiative to identify and report any issues.
- Work in a flexible environment with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Skills:

- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.

- Ability to commute to client locations in the Milwaukee area
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
