Weekend Floor Technician - Hancock and East side Marion County
The maximum amount of weekends required is 1-2 per month, 10-15 hours/week.
Jobs will generally be scheduled around your availability.
Pay at $21/hour

Carpet extraction
Knowledge of use of floor machines such as swing machine and carpet extractor

Enough about you, what about us? We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 1 year experience performing floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and hard surface floor refinishing.
Ability to independently lead floor project and guide helper
Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a hard work ethic; we do the right thing, even when no one is looking.
Is reliable, friendly, and detail oriented.
Has reliable transportation.
Experienced in leading stripping/waxing, scrub/recoat, and buffing VCT floors
Seeks ways to go the extra mile; we find ways to meet then exceed the expectation.
Can perform physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, push and pull objects, lift and move objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
