We partner with a non-profit organization called Cleaning For A Reason. Cleaning For A Reason connects us to individuals in our local community who are battling cancer. Many of us have been or are being touched by cancer. Our owner has experienced this battle with two immediate family members. We proudly donate and help serve individuals/ families living through these difficult times.

Flexible schedules offered. Average hours weekly are between 32- 40 Bhrs.
We pay per job not per hour. 35+ Billable hours are considered full time and pay at a Rock Star wage! We want our team to still have time and energy to spend with their family. We recommend taking at least one half day off once a month for a mental health day or doctor visits.
Our training period lasts for only 3-6 weeks depending on experience level. We set you up for success through our thorough training program!

Details about the job:

Flexible hours between Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 5pm
Training pay is during the first 3 weeks of employment
Service areas around Northern Kentucky: Ft. Thomas, Newport, Covington, Edgewood, Ft. Wright, Cold Springs, Villa Hills
Service areas around Cincinnati, Ohio: Mt. Adams, Walnut Hills, Hyde Park, Oakley, Downtown, OTR, Clifton
All new teammates start with a residential recurring schedule that includes clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Only two homes a day!
Potential advancement to our One-Time or Commercial Crews
Full time schedule is dependant upon the performance level

Must-Have:

Can speak, read, and write English
Over 21, pass a background and drug test
Have a valid driver's license/ a reliable car/ insurance
Show proof of verifiable and stable work history
Must have a smartphone with a data plan (need to access scheduling app & website)
Have the physical ability to bend, stand, kneel, and be on your feet for a 6 to 8-hour shift
Not allergic to cleaning supplies, mold, feathers, or dogs/cats

Please Note: Per our company policies, we only allow one rescheduled interview for each applicant per 30 days. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled interview, you will have to wait 30 days to be reconsidered as a candidate for this position.
