Responsibilities:

Clean floors, bathrooms, break rooms, and more in offices, schools, hospitals, car dealerships, airports, and factories.
Make sure everything is super clean and germ-free.
Take out the trash and put it in new bags.
Keep an eye on cleaning supplies and refill them when needed.
Always follow safety rules and our company's guidelines.
Be professional, and do your best work every day.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work.
Valid i9 authorization to work in the United States.
Pay close attention to details and do what is required.
Have a way to get to different places in the Bay Area.
Be good at managing your time and okay with working alone or with others.
Talk nicely to people and be positive about your work.
Ability to handle basic facilities maintenance tasks
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
Experience with floor care procedures such as buffing is a plus
