We are looking for a couple to live on-site in their RV (motor home, 5th wheel or travel trailer) to help part-time (but year-round) with the cleaning of Cabins, lawn maintenance, and filling in in the office during the managers time off. This is a marvelous position for a couple that is semi-retired (or retired - wanting an extra biy of income).

Compensation is an hourly wage (rate depending on experience) and free Full Hook-up RV space (Electric and water included).

A little bit about Twin Palms Resort ...

We have 17 Cabins / Travel trailers that we rent out daily and or weekly – cleaning takes place on Fridays through Mondays [primarily] - about 4-6 hours a day (depending on reservations)

About 35 RV sites – clean and police the area after RVers leave (depending on reservations)

The Grounds consist of about 9 acres - to mow, run a weed eater and maintenance of the cabins and sewer lift station.

You would be asked to cover manger duties during their vacation time – (2 weeks during the year)

We are looking for year-round help, but hours may be more part-time (less than 40 hour - depending on reservation {but we have been working about 45 hour per week each due to the work load] )

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

4 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
