Responsibilities:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in office spaces
- Conduct porter duties such as trash removal and restocking supplies
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment for efficient cleaning
- Handle buffing and floor care to maintain a polished appearance
- Assist with residential painting as needed
- Ensure facilities maintenance tasks are completed promptly
- Execute custodial duties to uphold cleanliness standards

Skills:

- Experience in commercial cleaning practices
- Proficiency in porter responsibilities
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques
- Ability to perform buffing and floor care tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
