Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial spaces, ensuring they meet our clients' high standards. We will provide training on routes, techniques, and best practices for each of the job sites.

Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in the United States

Schedule:

Flexible schedule based on client needs
Part-time (with opportunity to switch to full time)

Compensation:

Competitive pay rates ranging from $20 to $23 per hour
Payment on a bi-weekly basis
