Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating pressure washing equipment as well as other equipment to clean various surfaces and structures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, and driveways
- Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Prior experience in operating pressure washing equipment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to pressure washing operations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
