-- Cleaning, applying chemicals to 4 large outside pools.

-- .Minor repair work to pools.

-- Maintain inventory on pool supplies, chemicals, etc.

-- Makes runs to pick up pool supplies as needed.

-- Report to supervisor as to status of equipment as a result of preventive maintenance.

-- Maintain all small tools necessary to complete maintenance requirements.

-- Perform repairs and minor maintenance work, i.e., drywall, painting, and other building maintenance work to common areas.

-- Assist other departments as needed with maintenance issues.

-- Complete work orders as given in a timely and efficient manner.

-- Maintain inventory of all maintenance required tools, chemicals, etc.

-- Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Must have pool experience and worked in the building trades area for a minimum of two years. Basic knowledge of pools, painting, minor maintenance repairs.

Must have a valid Florida Driver License or Identification Card.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
