Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Cleaning Technician is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Certification in cleaning or housekeeping techniques
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and organized environment while ensuring the comfort and safety of our staff and visitors.

- Starting wage is $17.50/hour with an increase of up to $20.00/hour after the first 90 days & $22.00 for team leads.

- We have a zero tolerance policy for no-call/no-show. We highly value reliability.

Available shift: 3am-7am, 4am-8am, or 5am-9am

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
