Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our fantasic team at Mark Lane Apartments The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments such as hotels, apartment communities or custodial services.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization of our luxury apartment community.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
- Communicates effectively on a regular basis with the Maintenance Supervisor to update them on the community operations.

-Performs move out and move in apartment cleans
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms and common areas
- Performs other duties from time to time assigned by Maintenance Supervior

Skills:

- Experience in floor care and various cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Familiarity with hospitality or apartment community housekeeping standards

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
