**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at various facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals

- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required

**Skills:**

- Experience in custodial, porter, floor care, and facilities maintenance

- Ability to maintain cleanliness in commercial and industrial settings

- Knowledge of residential painting, buffing, and general cleaning techniques

- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met

- Comfortable on a ladder
