About the job:

We are hiring for 2 prep positions. 1 candidate will be the prep lead and the other candidate will be more of a prep assistant/dishwasher.

Lead position is Monday-Friday (8:00am-3:30pm)
Assistant position is Tuesday-Saturday (8:00am-3:30pm)
Arrives daily to shift prepared and ready, organizes daily duties and can be effecient with workflow
Prep/follow recipes
Communicate with chef for needs and product that is low
Cooking and standardized recipe following
Communicating with chef team for next day prep items that may be needed
Efficient breakdown of the kitchen
Following daily cleaning list for duties and responsibilities
Checking out with chef before leaving
