Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

- clean up new construction homes

Experience:

- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent time management skills
