Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Handle laundry and linen changes
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor care as needed
- Assist with residential and commercial cleaning duties
- Follow housekeeping management guidelines to ensure high-quality service
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial services
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning and floor care practices
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
