Phillips-CI, LLC & JFC Management Holdings, LLC are looking for passionate and motivated individuals that are experienced in the Food & Beverage industry to fill the roles of Customer Service team members at our Licensed Einstein Bros. Bagels locations in Downtown Miami at the Miami Central Business District and Miami International Airport*.

*Employment at Miami International Airport requires the successful completion of a background check performed by the Miami Dade Aviation Department.*

Responsibilities Include:

Essential Functions/Activities:

Guest Service/Shift work
Welcomes guests into the store
Takes guest orders and payment using the Toast Point Of Sale (POS) system
Prepares beverages and serves food products according to ENRGI’s policies and procedures
Develops personal ongoing relationships with customers
Floats between barista, sandwich maker, and guest service or wherever help is needed
Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures

Store Upkeep/Cleaning:

Ensures floors are clean and free of debris
Stocks and organizes the store as needed
Ensures dining area is clean, free of debris and well maintained
Cleans and stocks restrooms
Prepares product for later shifts
Stocks all food, beverage, and paper items for rest of day and next shift

Functional Skills:

Knowledge of basic store operations

Required Experience:

Restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred
May be required to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Physical Requirements:

The work area includes: food, ovens, mixers, food processors, knives, slippery floors, and, at time, high temperatures. It is a hands-on, non-smoking, restaurant setting involving constant interaction with customers, employees, managers and vendors. The ability to effectively communicate, identify food quality, tolerate heat and walk-in freezers, lift and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk on hard surfaces during the course of the work day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to taste and/or smell. The employee is required to sit; grip and grasp with hands, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and bend at the waist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus.
