Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Residential Cleaning Technicians to provide top-notch cleaning services for our clients. As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while ensuring homes are cleaned to the highest standards. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces and floors.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, countertops, and appliances.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Remove trash and replace trash bags.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate parties.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a residential cleaning technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites.
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
- Must pass a background check.
