How We Pay:

Training Pay starts at $700 (1-2 weeks, depending on how quickly you progress)
Once you get through training and on your own, we guarantee you'll make at least $800, including consistent opportunities to make over $1,000 per week
Very quickly, you'll start making over $800 once you have completed training

At the end of the day, we want to hire stable people looking for a stable job because you have bills to pay and family to take care of - this is why we guarantee $800 once you make it through training and prove yourself.

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Independent work at multiple customers' locations each day
Completing daily deep-cleaning and sanitizing of customers' toilets, urinals and sinks (regular bending, kneeling, and lifting)
Selling and delivering paper towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom supplies
Building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships
Mop Floors
Refill Paper Dispensers and Stock Paper inventory
Wipe down and clean counters, sinks, mirrors

To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. We also value candidates who possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and can think quickly on their feet.
