We are a growing janitorial company looking to expand our areas. We are a very friendly, supportive company specializing in many areas of the cleaning business. We are looking to hire reliable, hard working cleaning techs to grow with and succeed together as a team.

COMMERCIAL CLEANING:

Clean and sanitize all required office areas including entryways, offices, restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, and waiting rooms. High dusting, high touch surfaces, door knobs, interior glass doors. Restocking paper and soap products, remove trash, and floor care. Basic knowledge of commercial cleaning with commercial equip and supplies preferred.

HEALTHCARE CLEANING:

Would prefer experience and knowledge of OSHA requirements for healthcare cleaning safety as well as providing a germ free facility with approved disinfectants and protocols. We take pride in our cleaning techniques used and our reputation within this specialized cleaning and our customers.

VACATION PROPERTY CLEANING:

Clean and sanitize all high touch surfaces, clean and sanitize all restrooms to shine. restock all paper, soap products, and towels. Stripping and making beds, linen wash. Kitchen clean and sanitize, organize kitchen cabinets if needed, wipe out refrigerators, microwaves, appliances. Wipe down counters, shelving, windowsills. Dusting and glass cleaning.

POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANS:

Removal of construction debris using hepa filtration vacuums. Detailed cleaning and removal of tape, glue, adhesives. High reach vents, lighting, ceiling decor wood, crown molding, etc. cleaning and sanitizing Restrooms, Removing dust and debris from all cabinets, shelving, drawers, interior window washing incl frames and sills. Experience preferred but will train right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in all specialized cleaning preferred, but willing to train
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed, holidays very rarely

- Handle cleaning tasks according to established standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

Looking for team players that are seeking p.t hours, mostly evening and weekends at this time. Day hours vary. Our company is constantly expanding and the opportunity to increase hours will be offered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
