Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage floor care
- Launder linens and towels as required, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
- Provide custodial services by maintaining restrooms, kitchens, and common areas in a clean and hygienic state.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Implement housekeeping management practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in cleaning routines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment is essential.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed.
