Cole Papers, a well-established 106-year-old family-owned company, is searching for a Floor Cleaning Equipment Service Technician for the Sioux City IA branch.
Here is how a Service Technician contributes to our team:
- Perform some diagnostics and minor repairs at customer locations,
- Perform some of these in our well-equipped shop in our building.
Responsibilities & Job Description
- Monday – Friday 8-5 some overtime possible
- Customer Service focused person with experience, or ability to train, to perform service repairs on various types of commercial floor cleaning equipment for schools/universities and healthcare facilities, such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, sweepers, vacuums, etc.
- Vehicle, tools, and training are provided.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Preference for applicant who has experience in repairs.
- Must be efficient, computer proficient and an excellent communicator.
- Ability to communicate successfully, pleasantly, and politely with customers, manufacturers, sale representatives and internal staff.
- Training provided on the job and at manufacturer locations.
- This is a physically active position that requires Heavy Lifting. Applicants should be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check required.
