We are expanding and our company is looking to hire a Janitorial Supervisor.....
- You must be comfortable to travel anywhere from Little River to Georgetown SC and we do provide a gas allowance each week.
- You must have at least 1 year of experience in being a Working Supervisor for Janitorial or QA of cleaning services.
- You must be able to work a flexible schedule which will be Monday-Friday 5PM to 10/11PM working a schedule and driving throughout the area to deliver supplies, inspect buildings and perform check in's with our Team Members.
- You will be required to cover for callouts and that could be anywhere in the Grand Strand and you would be trained on all our accounts to provide stand in cleaning services.
- You will be paid $18.00 per hour and we pay twice a month on the 15th and 30/31st of each month and there is additional compensation packages which will be discussed in the interview.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and train custodial staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Implement cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Perform cleaning duties including Janitorial Cleaning Tasks as needed or for call outs or absent team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked.
- Collaborate with ownership to coordinate cleaning efforts during events or special projects.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in all custodial activities.
