Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various environments, including warehouses, and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of production areas.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety
- Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping and mopping
- Assist in the organization and upkeep of warehouse spaces by fabricating cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds) safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Steel toe shoes are required!
- You will only be working two days out of the month. Either a Saturday or a Sunday every other weekend.
- This position is perfect for anyone who already has a full time job and is looking for some extra work on the weekends
