Position Summary: The Cleaning Technician will pack-out, transport, clean, pack-back and inventory personal property affected by fire, water and/or mold with a high level of detail and customer service. The Cleaning / Laundry Technician will also perform structure cleaning on properties affected by fire.
Your Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow proper SERVPRO cleaning guidelines for each project/item as directed.
- Utilize technology (iPad) to accurately document items for cleaning/processing.
- Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with a foundation in customer service
- Experience in restoration industry preferred
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
