Role Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented In-Home Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives:

Thorough Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
Organization and Tidiness: Organize household items as directed, and ensure spaces are left neat and welcoming.
Client Communication: Engage professionally with clients, taking note of special cleaning requests and providing exceptional service.
Safety and Maintenance: Use cleaning supplies responsibly, follow safety procedures, and notify management of any repairs needed.

Detail-oriented and thorough in your work.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Professional and courteous in all client interactions.
Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving light furniture.
Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Ability to follow cleaning checklists and safety protocols.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
