Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vacuuming and mopping a large office complex. with the use of a battery back pack vacuum and a stand on driving chariot vacuum and a mop bucket. Areas to be vacuumed and mopped consist of carpeted office areas and vinyl stairwells.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, and mopping.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products as directed.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment.
