Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role is crucial in ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change bed linens and towels as per hotel standards.
Restock room amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and other essentials.
Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management preferred.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of floor care techniques is beneficial.
A positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality service.
