The Housekeeping floater works very closely as an assistant to the Area Supervisor. This position is responsible for reporting to various buildings to fill in for the regularly scheduled housekeeper. The Housekeeping Floater will become familiar with several buildings after being trained regarding the cleaning requirements and security procedures for each building. The Housekeeping floater must be a flexible personality, willing to be on call and ready to work with as much as a couple weeks notice to as little as a couple hours notice in an emergency. The Floater must be reachable via phone, text and email. The Floater must have reliable transportation. The Housekeeping Floater will perform all tasks required to clean and sanitize each facility, performing Duties and Responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner. This position requires the ability to follow both written and oral instructions. Employees in this position must be able to demonstrate physical strength and endurance for completion of general Duties and Responsibilities outlined in the cleaning Task Schedule within the time assigned to each job
$16.00 hour Plus $100 sign on bonus
