We are looking for individuals who is reliable, engaging and are highly passionate about delivering true genuine cleaning and servicing of guest rooms as required in accordance with Resort Procedures and Policies.

A renowned culinary hotspot offering epic culinary journeys, which include the largest all-glass underwater restaurant, 5.8 Undersea Restaurant We promote a culture of happiness for the well-being of our team members through their employee journey. We also provide our team members with accommodation, food, laundry services, team shop and other indoor & out activities such as team pool, gym, paddles, tennis, badminton, billiards etc., that make your job perform the most.
Main Responsibilities
- To clean rooms i.e., sanitizing of bathrooms, dusting of rooms, making of beds, defrosting of mini-bar fridges and sweeping of floors according to current Hotel standards and procedures.
- Strip and make beds, changing bed linens which may require lifting bedspreads.
- To check, record and restock mini-bar items, making correct bills for restocked items.
- To report any lost property found in rooms while cleaning.
- Report all maintenance required in guest rooms and equipment immediately.
- Refer all complaints or problems to your Supervisor, or Assistant housekeeper.
- Maintenance of room security upon completion of cleaning and servicing of rooms.
- Dust all furniture, drawers, doors, and shelves thoroughly.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.
- Sweep and mop throughout entire room and empty trash.
Our Requirements
- Any combination of education, training or experience. High school diploma preferred.
- Previous guest services and hotel experience an advantage.
- Must maintain a neat, personal hygiene, clean and well-groomed (Specific standards available)
