Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guest. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong commitment to cleanliness and customer service.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, sanitized, and polished to maintain hygiene standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Conduct floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
Assist with deep cleaning tasks during scheduled periods.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and floor care techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Ability to lift and move objects as necessary while maintaining safety protocols.
