Overview
Position: Experienced House Cleaner (1099 Contractor)
Pay: $25-$35 per hour + tips (Potential earnings up to $1400+/week)
Hours: Flexible, typically 8 AM - 6 PM (Part-time or Full-time available)
Key Requirements
2+ years of professional house cleaning experience
Reliable vehicle that can accommodate all cleaning equipment
Smartphone for communication and scheduling
Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to afford Cleaners Liability Insurance which is $42 per month ($1 Mil Coverage)

Clean residential houses, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and staged homes
Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms
Conduct pre-cleaning assessments to set client expectations
Work independently and efficiently
Communicate effectively via email and phone
