We are seeking a reliable, skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The Pool Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools and their equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance on pools, including cleaning, water chemistry testing, and balancing chemicals.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic pool cleaners.
- Install new equipment and replace worn or damaged parts.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
- Communicate with clients to address concerns and answer questions about pool maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of pool chemistry and water treatment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience
