Main Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve hotel cleanliness and quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and maintain a safe work environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
