We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in floor care and custodial services will ensure that our customers receive exceptional results, enhancing their environments through cleanliness and professionalism.
Duties
- Perform thorough carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and shampooing.
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets by removing stains, dirt, and allergens effectively.
- Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to assess the condition of carpets and determine the best cleaning methods.
- Utilize buffing equipment for floor care as needed, ensuring surfaces are polished and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating machinery.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and report any issues or additional needs to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with environmental services and commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
