No experience needed as we will provide above standard training, but if you have any experience in services mentioned above by all means bring it with you!! We're looking for leaders with the ability to grow and a can do positive mental attitude. Arrive as a tech, grow as a lead, and become a manager with us.
As a Technician :
-Operate and maintain serviceability and accountability of gear and equipment required. (That includes you, our most valuable asset of all.)
-Be prepared to work within a team in a positive and professional work environment both indoors and outdoors at multiple locations and venues. (We work as a team, We grow as a team, we succeed as a team)
-Window cleaning, pressure washing, house and roof washing, high dusting, gutter cleaning, and more. (This is the service we provide and this is what you will be performing. Brilliance in the basics with water and cleaning devices with the ladders and poles as needed.)
-Have the ability to conduct clear and concise communication with our customers. (Remember we strive to be the best house guest and business partners ever, be able to talk and inform of frequency of service and multiple services provided to enhance the customer service relationships.)
-Ability to sell add-on services, communicate recommendations, and go above and beyond customer expectations. There is HUGE potential for additional income with commission based sales on top of hourly pay.
