Job Overview
As a Cleaning Technician, you will primarily perform move-in and move-out cleanings, ensuring spaces are spotless and ready for their next occupants. This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to earn extra money on the side or supplement their income with flexible, variable hours. As our company grows, this role has the potential to expand into a full-time position for those seeking longer-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including homes, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
Assist in special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or event setups.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns related to cleaning services.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 25 per week
