In this role, you'll not only help keep luxury homes spotless but also be part of a great culture where you’ll make friends and work alongside like-minded individuals. A reliable car, valid driver's license, and car insurance are essential for this position.

Duties

Tackle eco-friendly cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming using sustainable, green products
Keep restrooms, kitchens, and living areas sparkling clean, following environmentally conscious practices
Take care of trash and recycling, ensuring everything is disposed of the green way
Keep an eye on cleaning supplies and make sure we’re always stocked with eco-friendly options
Stick to our cleaning schedules and high standards, making sure every home is a clean and serene retreat

Experience

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus
Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and green practices is a bonus
Must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently without much supervision
A keen eye for detail and a love for making spaces clean, fresh, and inviting

PAY: Just to confirm here is the pay info please read below:

Training pay is $17 per hour + Tips (training is typically about a 1-2 weeks max.) Some trainees move faster through training than others.) Once out of training it's $18 per hour + tips and YELP bonuses. We have a WEEKLY bonus (our pay period is weekly) if all shifts are attended, no complaints or property damage we pay an extra $2 per hour for every hour you worked (bringing hourly rate to $20 per hour.) The average GROSS pay of all employees is $24-$28 per hour with Tips/ bonuses. Average client tips $20 (but it varies, just the average.)
