Job SummaryThe GIANT Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. As an Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers. This includes cleaning office space, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and cleaning up spills.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and vacuum floors in the office and conference spaces.
- Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
- Remove all trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean up all spills in the store, and use power washer to clean sidewalks.
- Dust and wash surfaces.
- Wash mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in all break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
- Resupply items as needed.
- Use floor cones to designate potentially hazardous floor conditions.
Requirements- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
- Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this job and safety regulations.
- Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
