Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to ensure a clean environment.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
