Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in our apartment community, ensuring that each space is welcoming for our tenants. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces in apartments and common areas.
- Execute carpet cleaning duties to ensure carpets are clean and well-maintained.
- Communicate with management as needed, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs observed during cleaning tasks.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is desirable.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with custodial duties.
- Some familiarity of light maintenance tasks is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
