Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all assigned areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Clean carpets using appropriate methods and equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain safety and sanitation standards in all environments.
- Assist with custodial duties as required, ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.
- Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation when necessary for clients or events.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while completing tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service to clients is essential.
