Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments of the Dealership Office. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Execute floor care tasks such as buffing, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Assist with custodial duties that include waste disposal, dusting surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs observed during cleaning.
- Participate in residential painting projects when necessary to enhance the appearance of properties.
- Act as a porter by ensuring that supplies are stocked and readily available for use in cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team to achieve cleanliness goals.
Requirements
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment such as buffers and vacuums is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and safety protocols as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
