Office /Wedding Hall/Temple Cleaner
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the office space or wedding venue.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
Skills:
- Previous experience in office cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

I have a small, growing cleaning service and am looking to bring someone on for one specific client located in Richfield, OH to clean a Hindu Temple. It is mainly floors with one set of restrooms in the primary building and a small hall/building behind the main temple. It needs done every Tuesday morning starting at 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. There is a good chance that a second day is added in the near future that would also be a weekday with a 9:00 AM start time. There are times when the location has a party or religious holiday and additional cleaning is needed to get things back to par. I would like to note that the current cleaner is currently out of commission due to health issues and I have an immediate need for someone at this location starting this coming Tuesday 10/29/24.
All supplies will be provided. 1099 position. Janitorial experience is needed in this case as there is a large amount of square footage needing cleaned. Knowing how to be thorough enough without being overly meticulous is important to get through everything in a reasonable time. Reach out anytime. I do have other opportunities there as well if you are looking for additional work. Kitchen floors are done every 2 weeks with the auto scrubber (takes 2 hours) and this venue regularly requests dishwashing services for 3-6 hours on the weekends. Neither of those would be mandatory, just additional opportunities if you'd like them. Thank you!
