Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including airbnb and residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors to maintain a polished appearance.
Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Launder linens and other materials as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.
