Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious cleaner who can grow and develop along with our new company. We clean commercial and residential. With a large focus on power washing and floor cleaning.

Duties

Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, power washing, junk hall away,
Maintaining and servicing of vehicles, and equipment
Great Customer Service- face to face interactions with customers.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs.
Follow safety guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Solicit new business.
Recruit and manage other team members.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.

This is a family owned business that is Christ centered. We clean a lot of churches and the ability to interact with Church personnel is important. We will train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
