We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities and equipment.
- Handle dry cleaning processes as needed for specialized garments.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
- Knowledge of laundering techniques including sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as needed.
