The Front Desk team at Voss Salon plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction. Duties
- Greet clients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, manage client bookings, and process payments using salon software.
- Assist in maintaining a professional, clean, and organized salon environment, including light cleaning duties.
- Stock retail products and promote sales to clients.
- Provide administrative support and assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Learn and efficiently use salon technology, including booking systems and POS systems.
Qualifications
- Friendly, welcoming, positive, and helpful attitude is essential.
- Previous customer service experience required; front desk experience preferred.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and execute tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Preference will be given to current cosmetology students.

Pay
- Starts at $15/hr plus performance bonus eligibility
