The Supervisor will clean, sanitize, supervise, and maintain our commercial location. Experience in floor tech is required. The ideal candidate enjoys working individually and can lead and work as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.
Duties & Responsibilities:Clean: Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, offices, empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, etc. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
Stock: Wash and stock all paper products, soaps, and supplies in bathrooms.
Additional: Pick up and empty trash containers. High cleaning required. Training provided.
Required Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and reach, bend, lift, and pull.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
- Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
- Must demonstrate the ability to lead staff.
